Terms of Service

By creating an account on AuronSMM you agree to the terms below. Please read them before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the service.

1. What we provide

AuronSMM is a social media marketing panel. We resell promotion services (members, subscribers, views, likes and similar) for platforms such as Telegram. Orders are forwarded to our suppliers and delivered automatically.

2. Account

  • One person may hold one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done from your account.
  • You must confirm your email address before using the panel.

3. Orders and delivery

  • Delivery times shown next to each service are estimates, not guarantees. Most orders start within minutes, some may take longer depending on the supplier.
  • The link you submit must be public and correct. We cannot deliver to private, deleted or renamed targets, and such orders are not refunded.
  • Do not place a second order for the same link while the first one is still running.
  • Do not change the username or privacy settings of the target while an order is in progress.

4. Prices and balance

  • Prices are shown per 1000 units unless stated otherwise, and may change at any time when our suppliers change theirs. The price you saw at checkout is the price you pay.
  • Funds added to your balance are used for orders on this panel only.
  • Account balance is not transferable between accounts.

5. Refunds

  • If an order cannot be delivered at all, the charge is returned to your panel balance.
  • If an order is delivered partially, the undelivered part is returned to your balance.
  • Refunds are made to the panel balance. Withdrawal of a balance back to a payment method is not part of the service.
  • Orders marked completed are not refunded. Natural drop after delivery is not a reason for a refund unless the service explicitly includes a refill guarantee.

6. Refill guarantee

Some services include a refill period (for example "Refill 30d"). If the delivered amount drops within that period, open a support ticket with the order ID and we will request a refill. Services without a stated guarantee are delivered as-is.

7. Not allowed

  • Ordering for content that is illegal, violent, sexual, or that targets children.
  • Using the panel to harass, defraud or impersonate anyone.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes instead of contacting support first. Accounts with a chargeback are suspended.
  • Attempting to break, overload or reverse engineer the panel or its API.

8. Support

Support is provided through tickets inside the panel. We aim to answer within 24 hours. Please include the order ID in your first message.

9. Liability

We provide the service as it is. We are not responsible for actions taken by the social platforms themselves, including limits, restrictions or removal of content or accounts. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one on this page. Continuing to use the panel after a change means you accept it.
