Why an order becomes Partial and money comes back

The Partial status means only part of the ordered quantity was delivered, and the money for the rest returned to your balance automatically. It is neither a bug nor a trick — here is why it happens.

The main reason: the source ran out

Every service has a pool of accounts — for example "30k base". If you ordered 30,000 and only 24,000 accounts were free at that moment, the provider delivers 24,000 and closes the order. You pay only for what arrived.

Other reasons

  • The channel went private mid-delivery. Delivery stops where it was.
  • The channel was renamed. The link no longer points where the order was going.
  • Telegram's own limits. A very fast influx is sometimes throttled by the platform.
  • Two orders on the same link at once. They interfere — do not do this.

What to do

Nothing special: the refund for the undelivered part arrives on your balance automatically, usually within minutes. You can check it in your balance history.

If you still need the missing amount, place a new order — preferably on a service with a bigger base, or split the volume into several parts.

How to make it less likely

  • Do not order a volume close to the service's base size.
  • Keep the channel public and do not rename it until the order finishes.
  • Split large volumes or use drip-feed.
