An SMM panel is a website where you order social media promotion: members, subscribers, views, reactions. From the outside it looks simple — pick a service, paste a link, enter a number. Inside it is a little more interesting.

The chain

1. You place an order on the panel and the amount is deducted from your balance.
2. The panel forwards the order to a provider — a service that owns the source of accounts.
3. The provider starts delivery and reports the status back.
4. The panel polls that status and updates it in your orders list.

That is why Pending is not an error: the order is accepted and queued at the provider.

Why prices differ

Every provider has its own price and its own source quality. The panel adds a margin on top. When a provider changes its price, the panel price changes too — but you always pay the price that was shown when you placed the order.

Order statuses

• Pending — accepted, waiting to start.
• In progress — being delivered right now.
• Completed — fully delivered.
• Partial — partly delivered, the rest returned to your balance.
• Cancelled — not delivered, the full amount returned to your balance.

API and child panels

If you place many orders, you can do it programmatically through the API — the key and the documentation are inside the panel. And if you want to sell the same services under your own brand, child panels give you your own domain, your own prices and our services underneath.
